Do this three exercise twenty minute workout three times a week, for example on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays do planks, that are great for the whole body, and its upper part in particular. And on Sundays try yoga by Rainbeau Mars for stretching.
If you don’t miss a single workout, you won’t believe your mirror just in a month.
Three exercise twenty minute workout, #1: squats
Squats is the basic exercise both for your legs and for your butt. It costs you nothing, and it’s really effective. The main thing is to do it right: imagine you are about to sit down on a chair behind you.
Do the maximum number of squats you can, and repeat it three times. For example, a beginner may be able to perform only 10×3, while for the others 50×3 is quite fine. Rest a minute and proceed to the next exercise.
Three exercise twenty minute workout, #2: hip raise
The most important thing in this one is to keep your feet on the floor without raising your heels. Your body and your hips should form a single straight line.
Do the maximum number of raises you can, and repeat it three times.
Three exercise twenty minute workout, #3: donkey kicks
Do it as shown on this picture, or on your elbows. You can raise your legs even higher.
Do the maximum number of kicks you can. Three sets are enough, too.
